2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup tomatillo salsa
juice of 1 lime
Mash the avocados in a molcajete or with a fork. Mix in the salsa and lime juice. Taste for seasoning.
If you want your guacamole to be spicy, then roughly chop a serrano chile or a jalapeno and pound it into a paste in the molcajete before you mash the avocados, or finely chop and add in if you are using a fork. Print this post
